Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Barber Desk ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users: owners, barbers, and clients.

Description of the App

Barber Desk is a barbershop management application for Android that provides:

• Owner dashboard: full business management (appointments, clients, services, barbers, reports, settings).
• Barber view: limited access to personal schedule via a 6-digit PIN.
• Client booking: a public flow for clients to schedule appointments without creating an account.

Account Registration

Owners must register with a valid email address and create a password to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. One account per barbershop is the intended use model.

Barber PIN Access

Barbers access the App using a PIN assigned by the owner. The owner is solely responsible for creating, managing, and revoking barber PINs. Real App Solutions is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised PINs.

Client Booking

Clients may book appointments without creating an account. By submitting a booking, clients consent to the barbershop owner storing their name, phone number, and email (if provided) for appointment management purposes. Clients should contact the barbershop owner directly to request changes to their personal data.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Includes 1 barber, up to 5 services, unlimited clients and appointments. No reports or advanced features.

PRO Plan: $14.99/month or $143.99/year. Includes unlimited barbers, unlimited services, full reports, revenue by barber, complete client history, and cloud backup.

Subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing. Charges are billed to your Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy. Real App Solutions does not process refunds directly. For billing issues, contact Google Play support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful data.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the App to store data unrelated to barbershop management.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions through technical means.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App: your client records, appointments, service catalog, and business information. Real App Solutions does not claim ownership of your business data. We store it solely to provide the App's functionality.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control (e.g., third-party infrastructure). We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Real App Solutions is not liable for: loss of business data due to user error or device failure; financial decisions made based on App reports; unauthorized access resulting from compromised owner credentials or barber PINs; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, logo, source code, and all related content are the intellectual property of NutzLabs / Real App Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hola@realappsolutions.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date for any material changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Al descargar, instalar o usar Barber Desk ("la Aplicación"), aceptas estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la aplicación. Estos términos aplican a todos los usuarios: propietarios, barberos y clientes.

Descripción de la Aplicación

Barber Desk es una aplicación de gestión de barberías para Android que ofrece: panel completo para propietarios (citas, clientes, servicios, barberos, reportes, ajustes); vista limitada para barberos mediante PIN de 6 dígitos; y flujo de reserva público para que los clientes agenden citas sin crear cuenta.

Registro de Cuenta

Los propietarios deben registrarse con un email válido y contraseña. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Te comprometes a proporcionar información precisa y actualizarla según sea necesario.

Acceso de Barberos por PIN

Los barberos acceden mediante un PIN asignado por el propietario. El propietario es el único responsable de crear, gestionar y revocar los PINs. Real App Solutions no es responsable por accesos no autorizados derivados de PINs comprometidos.

Reservas de Clientes

Los clientes pueden reservar citas sin crear cuenta. Al enviar una reserva, el cliente consiente que el propietario almacene su nombre, teléfono y email (si se proporciona) para gestionar la cita. Los clientes deben contactar directamente al propietario para solicitar cambios en sus datos personales.

Planes de Suscripción

Plan Gratis: 1 barbero, hasta 5 servicios, clientes y citas ilimitadas. Sin reportes ni funciones avanzadas.

Plan PRO: $14.99/mes o $143.99/año. Incluye barberos ilimitados, servicios ilimitados, reportes completos, ingresos por barbero, historial completo y respaldo en la nube.

Las suscripciones se procesan mediante Google Play Billing y se renuevan automáticamente hasta ser canceladas con al menos 24 horas de anticipación a la fecha de renovación, desde la configuración de Google Play.

Política de Reembolsos

Los reembolsos son gestionados por Google Play según su política de reembolso. Real App Solutions no procesa reembolsos directamente. Para problemas de facturación, contacta al soporte de Google Play.

Uso Aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar la aplicación para fines ilegales; no intentar descompilar o modificar la app; no ingresar datos falsos o perjudiciales; no compartir credenciales con personas no autorizadas; no eludir restricciones de suscripción mediante medios técnicos.

Propiedad de los Datos

Mantienes la plena propiedad de todos los datos que ingresas en la aplicación. Real App Solutions no reclama propiedad sobre tus datos comerciales y los almacena únicamente para proveer la funcionalidad de la app.

Disponibilidad del Servicio

Procuramos alta disponibilidad pero no garantizamos servicio ininterrumpido. La app puede estar temporalmente no disponible por mantenimiento o causas ajenas a nuestro control. No somos responsables por pérdidas derivadas de interrupciones del servicio.

Limitación de Responsabilidad

Real App Solutions no es responsable por: pérdida de datos por error del usuario o fallo del dispositivo; decisiones financieras basadas en reportes de la app; acceso no autorizado por credenciales o PINs comprometidos; ni por daños indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso de la aplicación.

Propiedad Intelectual

La aplicación, su diseño, logotipo, código fuente y contenido relacionado son propiedad intelectual de NutzLabs / Real App Solutions. No puedes reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas sin autorización escrita.

Terminación

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender cuentas que violen estos Términos. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento contactando hola@realappsolutions.com. Tus datos serán eliminados en un plazo de 30 días.

Cambios en los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la aplicación tras la publicación de cambios implica aceptación. Actualizaremos la fecha de "Última actualización" ante cualquier cambio significativo.

Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa se resolverá mediante negociación de buena fe o, en su defecto, mediante arbitraje vinculante bajo las reglas de la American Arbitration Association.
