Introduction

Barber Desk is a barbershop management platform for Android that allows barbershop owners to manage their business, staff, clients, appointments, and services. Barbers can access a limited view of their own schedule using a secure PIN. Clients can book appointments through a public booking flow.

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Who Uses the App

Barber Desk serves three types of users:

• Owners: Register with email and password. Manage the full barbershop.
• Barbers: Identified by a 6-digit PIN. Access only their own schedule within the owner's account.
• Clients: Book appointments without creating an account. Name, phone, and optionally email are collected per booking.

Data We Collect

Owner account data: email address and password (stored as a secure hash via Supabase Auth). Optionally: owner name, business name, city, phone number.

Barber data: name, specialty, phone, email, and a 6-digit PIN. This data is entered by the owner and stored in the cloud.

Client data: name, phone number, and optionally email. Visit history and service records. This data is entered by the owner or collected during the public booking flow.

Appointment data: date, time, service, assigned barber, status, notes, payment method, and optional tip amount.

Business data: service names and prices, working hours, schedule settings, blocked times, and payment method preferences.

How We Use Data

All data is used exclusively to provide the app's functionality:

• Owner authentication and session management.
• Displaying and managing appointments, clients, and services.
• Allowing barbers to view their own schedule via PIN.
• Enabling clients to book appointments through the public booking flow.
• Generating business reports for PRO subscribers.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.

Cloud Storage

All data is stored in the cloud via Supabase (AWS, us-east-1). Cloud storage is active for all users — both Free and PRO — as Barber Desk is a cloud-first platform. Data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies: each barbershop owner can only access their own data. Barber PIN access is also scoped to the owner's account.

Barber PIN Access

Barbers do not create their own accounts. They access the app using a 6-digit PIN created by the owner. PINs are stored in the cloud and grant access only to the barber's own schedule within the owner's barbershop. The owner is responsible for managing PIN security and revoking access when needed.

Client Booking Data

When a client books an appointment through the public booking flow, we collect their name, phone number, and optionally their email address. This information is stored in the barbershop owner's account and is visible only to the owner and their staff. Clients do not create an account and their data is retained as part of the barbershop's client history until the owner deletes it.

Google Play Billing

PRO subscriptions ($14.99/month or $143.99/year) are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any payment card information. Billing is governed by Google Play's terms and policies.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Cloud database and authentication (supabase.com). Data is stored in AWS us-east-1.
• Google Play: Subscription billing for PRO plan.

No data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is retained in the cloud as long as your account is active. You can delete specific records (clients, appointments, barbers) from within the app at any time. To permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at hola@realappsolutions.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using Supabase Auth (bcrypt). Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each account can only access its own data. We do not store plain-text passwords or payment information.

Children's Privacy

Barber Desk is intended for adult business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hola@realappsolutions.com.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page if the policy changes materially. The "Last updated" date will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Barber Desk es una plataforma de gestión de barberías para Android que permite a los propietarios administrar su negocio, personal, clientes, citas y servicios. Los barberos pueden acceder a una vista limitada de su propia agenda mediante un PIN seguro. Los clientes pueden reservar citas a través de un flujo de reserva público.

Tipos de usuarios

Barber Desk sirve a tres tipos de usuarios:

• Propietarios: Se registran con email y contraseña. Gestionan toda la barbería.
• Barberos: Identificados por un PIN de 6 dígitos. Acceden únicamente a su propia agenda dentro de la cuenta del propietario.
• Clientes: Reservan citas sin crear cuenta. Se recopila nombre, teléfono y opcionalmente email por cada reserva.

Datos que recopilamos

Cuenta del propietario: dirección de email y contraseña (almacenada como hash seguro mediante Supabase Auth). Opcionalmente: nombre del propietario, nombre del negocio, ciudad, teléfono.

Datos de barberos: nombre, especialidad, teléfono, email y PIN de 6 dígitos. El propietario ingresa estos datos y se almacenan en la nube.

Datos de clientes: nombre, teléfono y opcionalmente email. Historial de visitas y registro de servicios.

Datos de citas: fecha, hora, servicio, barbero asignado, estado, notas, método de pago y propina opcional.

Datos del negocio: nombres y precios de servicios, horarios de trabajo, configuración de agenda, tiempos bloqueados y métodos de pago.

Cómo usamos los datos

Todos los datos se utilizan exclusivamente para proveer la funcionalidad de la aplicación: autenticación del propietario, gestión de citas y clientes, acceso de barberos por PIN, reservas de clientes y generación de reportes PRO. No usamos sus datos con fines publicitarios ni los compartimos con terceros.

Almacenamiento en la nube

Todos los datos se almacenan en la nube mediante Supabase (AWS, us-east-1). El almacenamiento en nube está activo para todos los usuarios (Gratis y PRO). Los datos están protegidos por políticas de Row Level Security (RLS): cada propietario solo puede acceder a los datos de su propia barbería.

Acceso de barberos por PIN

Los barberos no crean su propia cuenta. Acceden con un PIN de 6 dígitos creado por el propietario, que otorga acceso únicamente a su propia agenda. El propietario es responsable de gestionar la seguridad del PIN y revocar el acceso cuando sea necesario.

Datos de reserva de clientes

Cuando un cliente reserva una cita, recopilamos su nombre, teléfono y opcionalmente email. Esta información se almacena en la cuenta del propietario y es visible únicamente para el propietario y su personal. Los clientes no crean cuenta y sus datos se retienen como parte del historial de clientes hasta que el propietario los elimine.

Facturación de Google Play

Las suscripciones PRO ($14.99/mes o $143.99/año) son procesadas exclusivamente por Google Play Billing. No almacenamos ni accedemos a ningún dato de tarjeta de pago.

Servicios de terceros

• Supabase: Base de datos en la nube y autenticación (supabase.com). Datos almacenados en AWS us-east-1.
• Google Play: Facturación de suscripciones PRO.

No se comparten datos con anunciantes, proveedores de analítica ni ningún otro tercero.

Retención de datos

Sus datos se conservan mientras su cuenta esté activa. Puede eliminar registros específicos desde la aplicación. Para eliminar completamente su cuenta y todos sus datos, contáctenos en hola@realappsolutions.com. Procesamos las solicitudes de eliminación en 30 días.

Seguridad

Todos los datos en tránsito están cifrados mediante HTTPS/TLS. Las contraseñas se almacenan con hash bcrypt via Supabase Auth. Las políticas RLS garantizan que cada cuenta solo acceda a sus propios datos. No almacenamos contraseñas en texto plano ni información de pago.

Privacidad de menores

Barber Desk está dirigido a propietarios de negocios y profesionales adultos. No está destinado a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos datos de menores de forma intencionada.

Cambios en esta política

Actualizaremos esta página si la política cambia de forma significativa. La fecha de "Última actualización" reflejará cualquier revisión. El uso continuado de la aplicación tras los cambios implica aceptación.
