1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tattoo Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Tattoo Master is a studio management application designed for tattoo artists and studio owners. It provides appointment scheduling, client management, service catalog management, artist management, and reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

To use Tattoo Master as a studio owner or artist, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Includes 1 artist, 5 services, unlimited clients, and unlimited bookings.
• PRO Plan ($9.99/month or $95.99/year): Includes unlimited artists, unlimited services, full reports and analytics, revenue per artist tracking, and cloud backup.

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Tattoo Master only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all data entered into the application, including client information and appointment details.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Tattoo Master. We do not claim ownership of your client lists, appointment data, or business information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tattoo Master is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NutzLabs / Real App Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
