Tattoo Master collects the following information to provide studio management services:
- Account Information: Email address and password for studio owners/artists.
- Studio Information: Studio name, city, phone, working hours, and services offered.
- Client Information: Client names, phone numbers, email addresses, and appointment history as entered by studio owners.
- Appointment Data: Date, time, service type, assigned artist, and payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Tattoo Master application
- Enable appointment booking and studio management features
- Process subscription payments through Google Play
- Send appointment notifications (when enabled)
- Improve our services
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Each studio's data is isolated and only accessible to authorized users (studio owner and their artists).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only shared with:
- Supabase: Our database provider (data hosting)
- Google Play: For subscription payment processing
- Vercel: Our web hosting provider
5. Client Booking Data
When clients book appointments through the app, their name and contact information is stored in the studio owner's account. Clients do not need to create an account to book.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.
7. Children's Privacy
Tattoo Master is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
8. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Studio owners can delete client data directly within the app.
