CakeNutz is a free bakery cost calculator designed for bakers and pastry chefs. It helps calculate ingredient costs, profit margins, labor costs, and optimal selling prices for baked goods. The App works entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.

3. Cost and Availability

CakeNutz is provided completely free of charge with no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. All features are available to all users at no cost.

4. No Account Required

CakeNutz does not require account registration. No email, password, or personal information is needed to use the App. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use CakeNutz only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all data entered into the application, including recipes, ingredients, and pricing calculations.

6. Data Storage and Ownership

All data you enter into CakeNutz is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers. You retain full ownership of all your recipes, ingredients, and calculations. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

7. Accuracy of Calculations

CakeNutz provides cost and pricing calculations as a helpful tool. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all calculations before using them for business decisions. The App is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

CakeNutz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NutzLabs / Real App Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from pricing decisions based on the App's calculations.

9. Intellectual Property

The CakeNutz application, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of NutzLabs / Real App Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
